One of the most asked questions we receive is where do I get an application form?

The application form must be given to a new applicant by an active member. They are available to members only and are located on the shelf behind the clubhouse bar. They can not be downloaded from this website.

The applicant must fill in the entire form with their personal pertinent information. The sponsoring member must sign the application form attesting that he personally knows the applicant and he is the sponsor. A member should NEVER sponsor someone that he does not personally know.

If any areas are left blank the application will be rejected and returned to the applicant.

The BobWhite Club uses emails for their main means of communications. It is required that all new applicants provide their email address or one where contact can be made.
